Dr. Miller-Ihli served as USDA’s National Program Leader for Nutrition and conducted nutrition-related research for more than 25 years.  She is the author of more than 70 peer-reviewed publications and 1 patent and is devoted to community-based nutrition education.  She lectures on celiac nutritional challenges, health benefits of low glycemic eating, supplements and organic foods.  She reviews the medical and nutritional literature and teaches health professionals about the importance of nutritional supplements and low glycemic food choices and she teaches 12-week lifestyle classes.  She is on the clinical faculty for nutraMetrix.
